Our multinational cliente is looking for a Cronstuction Manager, to work in Dresden, Germany!

Role Overview: As an Instrumentation and Control Engineer, you will be responsible for planning I&C systems across HOAI work phases 1-9.

Your tasks include:

– Developing control strategies for technical building equipment systems, switchgear, BUS systems, and components.

Creating control schemes, circuit diagrams, and data point lists (DIN-EN-ISO-16484).

Selecting and tendering field devices (valves, sensors, etc.).

Collaborating with clients and preparing service specifications.

Conducting technical and price reviews.

Overseeing realization phases with a focus on specialist site management.

Supporting project-involved draftsmen.

Requirements:

Education in instrumentation and control technology or as a building automation technician.

Several years of hands-on experience in engineering, construction, operation, or commissioning of control and automation systems.

Familiarity with planning and executing industrial projects (advantageous).

Proficiency in relevant standards, VOB, potentially HOAI, and employment contract law.

Demonstrated ability for independent work, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.

Software proficiency in WScad or ePLAN, CAD-REVIT, and MS Office products.

Fluent in German with good written and spoken English skills.
