Engineer (M/F/D) Building Automation – Nurnberg, Germany

Our Multinational Client is looking for a Enginer Building Automation, to work in Nurnberg, Germany!

 Your Role:

– Planning I&C systems for MEP systems across HOAI work phases 1-9, including control strategy development for technical building equipment systems, switchgear, BUS systems, and their components, along with higher-level control centers (SCADA, BMS).

– Creating control schemes, circuit diagrams, and data point lists in accordance with DIN-EN-ISO-16484.

– Designing, selecting, and tendering field devices such as valves, sensors, and similar components.

– Collaborating with clients to align tasks and preparing service specifications for quotation requests.

– Conducting technical and price reviews of offers.

– Executing measurement tests and acceptance procedures.

– Overseeing and controlling the realization phase with a focus on specialist site management.

– Providing support to project-involved draftsmen.

Requirements:

– Education in instrumentation and control technology or as a building automation technician

– Several years of hands-on experience in engineering, construction, operation, or commissioning of control and automation systems

– Familiarity with planning and executing industrial projects is advantageous

– Proficient in navigating relevant standards, VOB, potentially HOAI, and employment contract law

– Demonstrated ability for independent work, flexibility, and strong organizational skills

– Software proficiency in WScad or ePLAN, CAD-REVIT, and MS Office products

– Fluent in German with good written and spoken English skills
